The last exhibition of the (S)exhibitions 2022/2023 season is focused on a selection of erotic-themed works by eight international artists, as always from the Ospizio Giovani Artisti Collection.
L’ultima mostra della stagione (S)exhibitions 2022/2023 è dedicata ad una selezione di opere a tematica erotica, di otto artisti internazionali, come sempre provenienti dalla Collezione dell’Ospizio Giovani Artisti.
Analu Bambirra (???????, ?????, 1994) holds a degree in Film and Audiovisual from Centro Universitário UNA, in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. Partner at Partisane Filmes, she works in the fields of executive production, curation and distribution. She was an assistant producer at Anavilhana from 2014 to 2021 and a project consultant from 2021 to 2022. She is the curator and coordinator of the Arab Women’s Film Festival in Brazil. “The orgasm is in the brain” (the video in the exhibition) is her first film as a director. With hypnoerotic aesthetic elements, proposes a way of seeing human sexuality.
Maryna Chaika (Dnipropetrovska, Ukraine, 1999). “The human body is not only a material form of the mind or spirit, as previously believed. Through corporeality, we endure subjective experience in a different way. Independently of us, the body is able to feel and react. In the author's project, I try to convey a person's ability of flexibility, adaptability, and at the same time, transformation. The aesthetics of geometry is designed to make the body an object of art, to focus attention on its harmonious construction”. (M.C.)
Werther Germondari (Rimini, Italy, 1963) Visual artist, performer and filmmaker. Interested in innovative experimental dynamics that are neo-conceptual and situational, characterized by a taste for the ironic and surreal, Germondari has experimented since the 80’ through many different expressive media (from painting to installations, photography to film, videos to live performance). Germondari's works have also been shown in solo exhibitions where he focuses on hidden elements highlighted in styles. In 2013 he founded the Ospizio Giovani Artisti.
Indira Luz (????, ????, 1977) live and works in Nice, France. Musician, composer, graphic designer, her works in the exhibitions are “Alchemical Erotic Art”, illustration of unity with cosmos a human can experience trough physical intercourse.
Yana Matiichuk (Verkhovyna, Ukraine, 1999) raised and educated in Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine. “Drawing has always been an integral part of my life. The desire to create was so strong, that I learned how to draw by myself in young ages. Only after entering adult life, I received an academic art education at the university. Mostly I work with digital illustrations, where I express my vision and personal emotions. The main idea of each artwork was to follow the motto: Be a conscious creator of your reality”.
Guby Moon (??????, Spain, 1991) “What does life smell like? What does love smell like? What does sex smell like? My video is a cosmic trip through creation: this is an immersive sexual love experience”.
Natalia Sara Skorupa (Szczecin (Stettino), Polonia, 1999). Author of two volumes of poetry, vocalist in the Polish-British band Sisters Memon, guitarist and performer. Her performative-dance video based on the situation in Poland and in the world regarding women is the voice of women who, due to conventions and stereotypes, cannot enjoy sex and the body. A woman is deprived of the opportunity to enjoy sex, because then she is called a rag. You have to be shy, modest and boring. Sex is only for procreation? I do not agree. This is the dance of freedom and awareness of the new times.
Ursinae Vespera (?????, France,1984) is a French queer artist and jill-of-all-trades based in Vancouver, Canada. By day, they're a tattoo and comics artist, a photographer, and by night they are a model, performer and filmmaker. Blessed with synaesthesia and deeply interested in the beauty and pleasure of incarnation, their artwork is set to blur the lines of orientations and genders, revolving around queerness, fluid sexualities, questioning stereotypes, representations, and normalcy. They created Vespéral, an indie film project in order to explore the visual poetry of porn.

Analu Bambirra (?????, ?????, 1994) si è laureata in Cinema e Audiovisivi presso il Centro Universitário UNA, a Belo Horizonte, in Brasile. Socia di Partisane Filmes, lavora nei settori della produzione, della curatela e della distribuzione. È stata assistente alla produzione di Anavilhana dal 2014 al 2021 e consulente di progetto dal 2021 al 2022. È curatrice e coordinatrice del Festival del cinema arabo femminile in Brasile. "L'orgasmo è nel cervello" (il video in mostra) è il suo primo film da regista. Con elementi estetici ipnoerotici, propone un modo originale di vedere la sessualità umana.
Maryna Chaika (Dnipropetrovska, Ucraina, 1999). "Il corpo umano non è solo una forma materiale della mente o dello spirito. Attraverso la corporeità, viviamo l'esperienza soggettiva in modo diverso. Indipendentemente da noi, il corpo è in grado di sentire e reagire. Nel mio progetto cerco di trasmettere la capacità di una persona di essere flessibile, adattabile e, allo stesso tempo, trasformabile. L'estetica della geometria è pensata per rendere il corpo un oggetto d'arte, per concentrare l'attenzione sulla sua costruzione armoniosa". (M.C.)
Werther Germondari (Rimini, 1963) Artista visivo, performer e filmmaker. Attento a dinamiche innovative sperimentali neo-concettuali che si caratterizzano per un gusto ironico e surreale, svolge dai primi anni ottanta una ricerca attraverso numerosi media espressivi. Ha partecipato a esposizioni in gallerie private e spazi sperimentali internazionali, alternando installazioni d’ambiente, videowork e atti performativi, focalizzando l’attenzione su elementi nascosti, attinenti a una visione reale, sociale e politica. Nel 2013 ha ideato l’Ospizio Giovani Artisti.
Indira Luz (????, ????, 1977) Vive e lavora a Nizza, in Francia. Musicista, compositrice, graphic designer, le sue opere in mostra sono "Alchemical Erotic Art", illustrazione dell'unità con il cosmo che l'uomo può sperimentare attraverso il rapporto fisico.
Yana Matiichuk (Verkhovyna, Ucraina, 1999) è cresciuta ed educata a Ivano-Frankivsk, in Ucraina. "Il disegno è sempre stato parte integrante della mia vita. Il desiderio di creare era così forte che ho imparato a disegnare da sola in giovane età. Solo dopo l'ingresso nella vita adulta, ho ricevuto una formazione artistica accademica all'università. Lavoro principalmente con illustrazioni digitali, dove esprimo la mia visione e le mie emozioni personali. L'idea principale di ogni opera è quella di seguire il motto: Sii un creatore consapevole della tua realtà". (Y.M.)
Guby Moon (??????, Spagna, 1991) "Che odore ha la vita? Che odore ha l'amore? Che odore ha il sesso? Il mio video è un viaggio cosmico attraverso la creazione: un'esperienza immersiva d'amore e di sesso".
Natalia Sara Skorupa (Szczecin (Stettino), Polonia, 1999). Autrice di due volumi di poesia, cantante del gruppo polacco- britannico Sisters Memon, chitarrista e performer. Il suo video, di danza performativa. è basato sulla situazione delle donne in Polonia e nel mondo, che, a causa di convenzioni e stereotipi, non possono godere del sesso e del corpo. Una donna viene privata dell'opportunità di godere del sesso, per non essere considerata male. Deve essere timida, modesta e noiosa.
Ursinae Vespera (?????, Francia, 1984) è un'artista queer francese e una ‘giullare’ di tutti i mestieri con sede a Vancouver, in Canada. Di giorno è un'artista di tatuaggi e fumetti, e una fotografa, e di notte è modella, performer e regista. Sinestetica e profondamente interessata alla bellezza e al piacere dell'incarnazione, le sue opere mirano a sfumare i confini degli orientamenti e dei generi, ruotando intorno alla queerness e alle sessualità fluide, mettendo in discussione stereotipi, rappresentazioni e normalità.
