Eighth exhibition on the theme of the body, within the (S)exhibitions, analyzed once again in its infinite possibilities of social, psychological and naturally aesthetic interaction, through the works of eight international artists, part as always of the OGA Collection.

Giorgos Efthimiou (Petroupoli, Greece, 1988) is a filmmaker, writer, stage director & curator. He is filmmaking since 2011, he has made several short films and one feature film. His films have been screened and awarded in several international film festivals. In theater, he directs and sometimes play in performances with the group MetATiLIthi. He also collaborates with the group Anosia. He make visuals for live music shows, dance shows, and performances. He has written two books: .Pikrofeggara(poetry) & Deyteri Yli (short stories). Also he is founder & curator in Pugnant Film Series.
Werther Germondari (Rimini, Italy, 1963) Visual artist, performer and filmmaker. Interested in innovative experimental dynamics that are neo-conceptual and situational, characterized by a taste for the ironic and surreal, Germondari has experimented for 40 years through many different expressive media (painting, installations, photography, film, videos, live performance). Germondari's works have also been shown in solo exhibitions where he focuses on hidden elements highlighted in styles. In 2013 he founded the Ospizio Giovani Artisti.
Jaehyeon Kim (Gangneung, South Korea, 1994) Graduated from Seoul Women’s University of German Language and Literature. and at Korea National University of Arts, Department of Animation. Kim Jae-hyeon is working on animations with the theme of unconscious feelings inside. She has been creating stories by reducing incidents originating from personal experiences to abstract images and non-linear narratives. Regarding his video in the exhibition, she says:“In the unconscious space, seeds grow, form trees, and bear apples”.
Donya Karamzadeh (??????, Iran, 1997) is passionate about learning new things and sharing her knowledge with others. Art has been part of her life since childhood when she would draw on anything she could find and create stories through her artwork. As she grew older, she pursued her passion for art by studying animation, photography, and filmmaking. By the age of 16, she had already directed her first film. She went on to study visual communication at university, where she quickly became a manager in her field and was hired by the university.
Maya Marzuki Peters (????????, ??????, ????) Maya is an award-winning Irish-Indonesian filmmaker known for her bold and playful style. She is skilled at creating visually striking and detailed environments and has a talent for eliciting authentic performances from actors, as well as crafting provocative set designs and utilizing dynamic. Her video is an experimental fashion campaign for Sia Fang's newest art work collection consisting of wearable fashion sculptures with a focus on the styling, atmosphere and storytelling.
Antonio Mocciola (Napoli, 1973). Journalist, writer, screenwriter and theater author, he has successful publications to his credit ("Sleeping Beauties", "Addosso") and important artistic collaborations (Piera Degli Esposti, Franco Battiato, Giuni Russo, Pino Strabioli). His theatrical works have obtained several important awards, as has the artistic direction of several photographic projects. Among the themes of his works are civil rights, especially in the GLBT field, anticlericalism and the history of anti-fascism.
Nikoo Haji Mohammadi (Tehran, Iran, 2002) studied cinema in soore school of Art in tehran . she started her career in the field of film and video art from 2018. About her video she write: “You have to keep eating yourself until there is nothing left of you”.
Mohammadreza Mayghani (????, Iran, 1995) is a director, writer and producer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in dramatic literature from Sooreh University of Arts. In 2017, he Founded Menisn Film Studios with Baran Sarmad. In 2021 he wrote, directed and produced the shortfilm Orthodontics (the video in the exhibition). The film is in the official selection of Short Film Competition of the Cannes Film Festival 2021. The story of this film is taken from Mohammad Reza’s personal experience as a teenager when he had orthodontics and the effect of this treatment on that period of his life.

Giorgos Efthimiou (Petroupoli, Grecia, 1988) è regista, scrittore, regista teatrale e curatore. Lavora nel cinema dal 2011 e ha realizzato diversi cortometraggi e un lungometraggio. I suoi film sono stati proiettati e premiati in diversi festival internazionali. In teatro, dirige e talvolta recita in spettacoli con il gruppo MetATiLIthi. Collabora anche con il gruppo Anosia. Realizza visuals per spettacoli di musica dal vivo, spettacoli di danza e performance. Ha scritto due libri: Pikrofeggara (poesia) e Deyteri Yli (racconti). È anche fondatore e curatore della Pugnant Film Series.
Werther Germondari (Rimini, 1963) Artista visivo, performer e filmmaker. Attento a dinamiche innovative sperimentali neo-concettuali che si caratterizzano per un gusto ironico e surreale, svolge dai primi anni ottanta una ricerca attraverso numerosi media espressivi. Ha partecipato a esposizioni in gallerie private e spazi sperimentali internazionali, alternando installazioni d’ambiente, videowork e atti performativi, focalizzando l’attenzione su elementi nascosti, attinenti a una visione reale, sociale e politica. Nel 2013 ha ideato l’Ospizio Giovani Artisti.
Jaehyeon Kim (Gangneung, Corea del Sud, 1994) Laureata presso l'Università femminile di lingua e letteratura tedesca di Seoul. e presso la Korea National University of Arts, Dipartimento di Animazione. Kim Jae-hyeon sta lavorando ad animazioni con al loro interno il tema dei sentimenti inconsci. Ha creato storie riducendo gli incidenti derivanti da esperienze personali a immagini astratte e narrazioni non lineari. Riguardo il suo video in mostra, dice: “nello spazio inconscio i semi crescono, formano alberi e producono mele”.
Donya Karamzadeh (??????, Iran, 1997). L’arte fa parte della sua vita fin dall'infanzia, quando disegnava su qualsiasi cosa trovasse e creava storie attraverso le sue opere. Crescendo, ha perseguito la sua passione per l'arte studiando animazione, fotografia e cinematografia. All'età di 16 anni aveva già diretto il suo primo film. Ha continuato a studiare comunicazione visiva all'università, dove è diventata rapidamente una manager nel suo campo ed è stata assunta dall’università.
Nikoo Haji Mohammadi (Teheran, Iran, 2002) ha studiato cinema alla Soore School of Art di Teheran. Ha iniziato la sua carriera nel campo del cinema e della videoarte dal 2018. A proposito del suo video scrive: "Devi continuare a mangiare te stesso finché non rimarrà nulla di te”.
Antonio Mocciola (Napoli, 1973). Giornalista, scrittore, sceneggiatore e autore teatrale, ha al suo attivo pubblicazioni di successo ("Le belle addormentate", "Addosso") ed importanti collaborazioni artistiche (Piera Degli Esposti, Franco Battiato, Giuni Russo, Pino Strabioli). I suoi lavori teatrali hanno ottenuto diversi importanti riconoscimenti, così come la direzione artistica di diversi progetti fotografici. Tra le tematiche dei suoi lavori, i diritti civili, specie in campo glbt, l'anticlericalismo e la storia dell'antifascismo.
Mohammadreza Mayghani (????, Iran, 1995) è regista, scrittore e produttore. Ha conseguito una laurea in letteratura drammatica presso la Sooreh University of Arts. Nel 2017 ha fondato i Menisn Film Studios con Baran Sarmad. Nel 2021 ha scritto, diretto e prodotto il cortometraggio Orthodontics (il video in mostra). Il film è stato selezionato al Festival di Cannes 2021. La storia è tratta dall'esperienza personale di Mohammad Reza da adolescente, quando si sottopose all'ortodonzia e agli effetti di questo trattamento su quel periodo della sua vita.
Maya Marzuki Peters (????????, ??????, ????) è una regista irlandese-indonesiana nota per il suo stile audace e giocoso. È abile nel creare ambienti visivamente suggestivi e dettagliati e ha un talento nel suscitare interpretazioni autentiche da parte degli attori, oltre che nel creare scenografie provocatorie e nell'utilizzare dinamiche. Il suo video mostra una campagna di moda sperimentale per la nuova collezione di opere d'arte di Sia Fang, che consiste in sculture di moda indossabili, con un'attenzione particolare allo stile, all'atmosfera e alla narrazione.
