1522 is an itinerant group exhibition, whose first appointment will be inaugurated in Pavona di Castel Gandolfo on 8 March 2022, International Women's Rights Day, which, after various appointments, will end on 25 November 2022, International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, at an institutional location yet to be defined. The aim of the initiative is to increase the visibility of the telephone number 1522, activated in 2006 by the Department for Equal Opportunities and managed by the NGO Differenza Donna, and at the same time to start a discussion on gender discrimination and initiate positive proposals.
