The action of preparing a ham in order to get the first slice (elimination of the external hard skin, of the little round bone, etc.) has seen as a metaphorical loving action's first stage, that women appreciate more than men (usually they go straight to the hard core!). My performance would also mean a sort of symbolic revenge of women on this male attitude.


L’azione della preparazione di un prosciutto  per arrivare all’affettatura vera e propria (eliminazione dell’osso, ecc.) vuole essere metafora della fase iniziale dell’atto amoroso, notoriamente più apprezzato dalle donne che dagli uomini, che tendono ad arrivare più velocemente al sodo (in questo caso alla prima fetta).
