synopsis:

A man gets punished on the day of his birthday, and that’s why for him it’s such a great party... “Buon Compleanno” is one of the episodes that will form the second ‘SEX NOVO (sex in the background)’ film in progress. The world premiere of the first one, ‘SEX EQUO (sex in the foreground)’, has been featured in 2011. The subtitles of the two films, inspired by two Duke Ellington’s al- bums (‘Piano in the foreground’ and ‘Piano in the background’) hints at the way in which the research on the topic of sex has been and still is conducted on both films.

Un uomo viene punito nel giorno del suo compleanno, e proprio per questo è per lui una bellissima festa... 'Buon Compleanno' è uno degli episodi che andrà a comporre il secondo film in progress sul sesso 'SEX NOVO (sex in the background)'. Il primo, 'SEX EQUO (sex in the foreground)' è stato terminato e presentato nel 2011. I due sottotitoli dei film, ispirati a due famosi dischi di Duke Ellington ('Piano in the foreground' e 'Piano in the background') indicano il modo in cui la ricerca sulla tematica sessuale è stata, e continua ad essere condotta, nei due film.
